Fill out a questionnaire that we provide. This questionnaire helps the nutrition coach understand where you're currently at and which areas you would like the most help. Your coach will create a nutrition program based specifically on your needs, lifestyle, current health, and training goals.
Schedule a time to meet in person for a one-on-one consultation with your coach. The coach will guide the conversation and focus on your specific individual needs and goals.
WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK INS
Weekly accountability is for anyone who has already had a one-on-one consultation.
Receive four 15-minute phone or in-person check ins to discuss how things are going and add new goals or habits to continue your progress.
All four weekly accountability meetings must be used within the month.
