START HERE - Tour the facility and go through our new athlete movement assessment where our coaches will give you immediate feedback on where to improve and how best you would fit into our training program. We evaluate every athlete’s sprint mechanics, jump technique, core stability, and overall movement patterns. To coach you we need to KNOW you.
FAST TRACK - Skip the free intro/facility tour and move straight into our onboarding assessment. Testing includes movement analysis, speed testing, vertical jump testing, max isometric strength testing, personalized group/coach recommendations, and take-home report. We will make personalized training time and coach recommendations.

DARREN HANSEN, OWNER
Throughout my athletic career, multiple injuries left me fixated on how I could have improved my physical and mental preparation for competition. This led to a degree in Exercise Science while spending the last 12+ years absorbing as much knowledge as possible and passing it down to the athletes I have been blessed to work with. I've learned that many coaches/athletes fail to understand the physiological needs of elite physical performance. My mission is to provide as many athletes as possible with the tools and information to succeed! Thousands of athletes later I've taken part in developing Olympic and professional athletes from the ground up while getting to brush shoulders with some of the best coaches in the country.
