So You Want To Get Faster? Here Are 3 Things You Need To Know

Here are three things you need to improve ⬇️⬇️⬇️

⚡️ Force production based on your mass. Pound for pound you need to be able to create high amounts of force. This means you not only need to get stronger but also more powerful!
⚡️ Ground contact times need to come down. Being able to put force down quickly is the name of the game and this is where reactivity comes in to play. Technique will also be a factor here!
⚡️ Creating force in the right direction. A majority of our intro assessments we find athletes are doing the exact opposite. You need to be efficient and understand how to direct your force properly!
