Lifestyle Description

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting

Our weightlifting programs have been tested and developed over the years for lifters that range from beginner to international level. We are known for and have had a great amount of success with taking new lifters and advancing them to the national stage. We incorporate bodybuilding accessory work to create a balanced and injury free athlete.

We also provide coaching and programming for CrossFit athletes looking to improve their Weightlifting with 3x/week accessory programs.

We highly recommend incorporating video analysis with this program.

All Olympic Lifting athletes work directly with USAW National Coach Darren Hansen.

This is a perfect fit if you are looking to increase your understanding and performance in the Olympic Lifts. Whether a beginner or aspiring competitive athlete we can get you there.

Athlete

This program is designed for the hard charging athlete ready to take their performance to the next level. Workout are designed with sport performance at the forefront of our minds. Get stronger, move better, and see the hard work in the gym carry over onto the field. If you are a firefighter or police officer look no further, this is the program for you.

We highly recommend incorporating video analysis with this program.

This is a perfect fit if you are looking to increase your ability in the gym and performance on the field. We offer a developmental track for youth athletes and high school athletes as well.

Goals: Athleticism, Speed, Strength, Explosiveness

Includes:

  • 5-6 workouts per week

warrior

Warrior

Designed to continue pushing performance markers for males and females on a limited training schedule. Experience with the barbell lifts is required. You will have two mandatory, two recommended, and one optional training day for those that need flexibility in their training schedule. This program is still challenging and demanding; do not mistake this for “easy.”

Goals: Strength, Body Composition, Limited Time

Staying Alive

Staying Alive

Built for the busy dude that doesn’t have a ton of time but loves to train and stay strong. The primary focus is on strength with regular 10 minute or so conditioning sessions. We will occasionally hit an endurance block as well.

We highly recommend paring this with our nutrition coaching.

This program runs continuously. Our cycles are broken into 4 or 6 week blocks. In these blocks we will work with different implements to develop strength. One block will be barbell focused and the next may be kettle bell or sandbag specific.

This program was designed to keep training fun and keep you strong and capable. Nobody likes to get bored with their program. If you are only seeking tiny little tweaks in your performance, this may not be for you.

PowerBuilding

Powerbuilding

So you want to put on strength and size that turns heads… then this is the program for you. With just the right amount of strength and hypertrophy you will begin to pack on muscle and build the physique that causes people to stop and stare. Be prepared to throw away anything labeled size small in your closet.
