Olympic Weightlifting: 30 Day Program

Our weightlifting programs have been tested and developed over the years for lifters that range from beginner to international level. We are known for and have had a great amount of success with taking new lifters and advancing them to the national stage. We incorporate bodybuilding accessory work to create a balanced and injury free athlete.

We also provide coaching and programming for CrossFit athletes looking to improve their Weightlifting with 3x/week accessory programs.

We highly recommend incorporating our nutrition coaching with this program.

All Olympic Lifting athletes work directly with USAW National Coach Darren Hansen.
