Jared Mielke, Coach
Jared was born and raised in Central FL and grew up living outside and playing almost every sport- soccer, baseball, basketball, football, weightlifting, track, and was even a cheer leader for a season.
As an adult, he spent 14 years in the fire service where he retired (not really, just moved out of state) as an officer and instructor. While there, aside from studying and implementing his own training methods, he began working with people on health and fitness in 2010. Since then, he has worked at a couple of CrossFit gyms and held every title from unpaid intern to head coach.
His areas of passion for training folks are working with young athletes and busy dads because that's what he is. Jared and his wife Ashley also provide personal coaching for business owners and they are working on getting a strength and conditioning gym open this year.
He and his family currently reside in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. His training interests the last few years have led him into archery races, adventure races, and a few GORUCK events. There's also a good chance you could find him playing some local men's league soccer.
