Tone

The tone program is designed to get you that nice toned look without too much bulk

  • Someone who wants to get the most out of their training, but can’t make it to the gym 6 days a week. This is a 3 day a week program
  •  Anyone looking to shed body fat and get lean
  •  Perfect for all women looking to get in better shape
  • Ability to scale to bodyweight or kettlebells if needed
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals
  •  This is a year round program

Power

Power is a strength based program for women focused on getting you as strong as possible in the powerlifting lifts

  •  Anyone looking to get as strong as possible while building a great physique and staying athletic
  •  Great for any body type

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a program designed to not only learn the lifts, but also take competitors to a national stage. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options we have a place for you. Available as a 6 day program or 3 day program (supplemental).


Athlete

Athlete is the program for the person who wants it all. Strength, speed, explosiveness and a stage worthy physique. This is a 6 day a week program

  •  Team Sport Athletes

Crossfit Competitors

Those looking to compete at a local and regional level. Not recommended for beginners and requires ample skill in Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. We do also provide programs for those looking to take the step into competitive crossfit.
