This program will be scalable to kettlebells and limited equipment and with a little imagination can be completed at home in the living room.

Darren is a ex-collegiate athlete, a National Olympic Lifting competitor, a USAW National Weightlifting Coach, and a former full time Strength and Conditioning coach at Utah State University where he received his degree in Exercise Science. Darren is the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for HansenAthletics Barbell Club, and owner of HansenAthletics.
