This is an all around program that will build up your strength, endurance, skill, capacity, and mobility to make you an all around better athlete for your sport, what a true fitness athlete should look like.

Includes training of the main barbell movements, accessory lifts for weaknesses, high and low intensity endurance work, specific skill training for the body weight movements, and pre-planned mobility for the next days training.

Programs available for Beginners, Intermediate, and National Olympic weightlifters who are ready to take their training to the next level.

Train alongside various other weightlifters and have the option to compete for HansenBBC, our nationally contending Weightlifting club.

This is a program designed around performing and looking good. If you are someone that performs well, but doesn't look the part... this is for you. Build up your strength, endurance, skill, capacity, and mobility. The focus will be on longevity, performance, overall health, and feeling good.

Training of the main barbell movements (limited equipment and home options available), accessory lifts for the weaknesses, high and low intensity endurance work, and body weight exercises will provide a path for you to progress.

* Male and Female options available. Females will be more focused on lean muscle gain.
