The tone program is designed for the women out there looking  to get you that nice toned look without too much bulk

  •  Anyone looking to shed body fat and get lean

  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals
  •  This is a year round program

HYPERTROPHY

Hypertrophy is a strength based program focused on getting you as THICK and STRONG as possible. You will be doing compound lifts (bench, deadlift, squat) and bodybuilding accessories to help reinforce the GAINZ headed your way. This is MASS THAT WILL LAST. This program can be tailored to females as well!

This is a 6 day a week program.

  • Anyone looking to get as strong as possible while building a great physique.
  •  Anyone looking to shed body fat while maintaining & gaining muscle mass
  • Includes daily bodybuilding accessories to help build muscle and shred fat
  •  Great for any body type
  •  This program is a year round program

Power

Power is a strength based program focused on getting you as strong as possible in the Powerlifting lifts. This is a 6 day a week program.

  • Anyone looking to get as strong as possible while building a great physique and staying athletic
  •  Anyone looking to shed body fat while maintaining & gaining muscle mass
  • Includes daily bodybuilding accessories to help build muscle and shred fat
  •  Great for any body type
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals
  •  Strength Athletes

Athlete

Athlete is the program for the person who wants it all. Strength, speed, explosiveness and a stage worthy physique. This is a 6 day a week program.

  •  Includes weekly Olympic lifting variations, sprinting, and plyometrics.
  • Anyone looking for the complete package. Instead of focusing on one thing, you’ll efficient at everything
  • Designed for Athletes or those looking to increase their athleticism. 
  •  Great for any body type
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Team sport athletes

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a program designed to not only learn the lifts, but also take competitors to a national stage. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options we have a place for you. Available as a 6 day program or 3 day program (supplemental).


Lifestyle

The lifestyle program was designed with the busy in mind. Acheive your body and strength goals while keeping up with your work schedule or kids. This is a 3 day a week program. 

  •  Anyone looking for the complete package, but can’t make it to the gym 6 days a week. This is a 3 day a week program
  • This is a shortened variation of our POWER program.
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals

Crossfit Competitors

Those looking to compete at a local and regional level. Not recommended for beginners and requires skills in Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. We also provide programming for Crossfitters looking to take the next step into competing.
