This Program:

Join a program that has consistently produced National level Weightlifters and work directly with USAW National Coach Darren Hansen.

If you are an Olympic Lifter looking for a solid strength building program to improve your Oly Total, or a CrossFitter wanting to spend some time as an Olympic Lifter and build your Total, this program is for you.  

The program consists of technique drills and accessory work, as well as well thought out progressions to help athletes improve their lifts. The program will help athletes improve their weightlifting technique and become more efficient, which will allow them to break new personal records in their lifts. The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program three days per week, or used as a stand-alone program five days per week.

Available as a 5/day or 3/day program (supplemental)

  • Help you learn the lifts correctly.
  • Include daily accessories to help build muscle and stay injury free.
  • Improve CrossFitters ability to move the barbell efficiently.
  • This program is a year round program and can be designed to peak around major meets.
  • Nutritional coaching available to help you achieve your goals
  • Programming done by Darren Hansen, HansenAthletics head coach

  • Sessions last approx 60-120 minutes each.

  • Facebook Group Access - moderated by Darren.

  • Video feedback via the Facebook Group and FitBot software

Darren is a ex-collegiate athlete, a National Olympic Lifting competitor, a USAW National Weightlifting Coach, and a former full time Strength and Conditioning coach at Utah State University where he received his degree in Exercise Science. Darren is the head Strength and Conditioning Coach for HansenAthletics Barbell Club, and owner of HansenAthletics.
