Jacked

Lean is a functional fitness physique program focused on shedding fat while gaining strength and muscle mass. This is a 6 day a week program

  •  Anyone looking to shed body fat while maintaining & gaining muscle mass
  • Will be performing the Deadlift, Squat, and Bench press regularly.

Power

Power is a strength based program focused on getting you as strong as possible in the Powerlifting lifts. This is a 6 day a week program.

  • Anyone looking to get as strong as possible while building a great physique and staying athletic
  •  Great for any body type
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals
  •  Strength Athletes

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is a program designed to not only learn the lifts, but also take competitors to a national stage. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options we have a place for you. Available as a 6 day program or 3 day program (supplemental).


Athlete

Athlete is the program for the person who wants it all. Strength, speed, explosiveness and a stage worthy physique. This is a 6 day a week program.

  •  Anyone looking for the complete package. Instead of focusing on one thing, you’ll efficient at everything
  •  Great for any body type
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals
  •  Team sport athletes

Lifestyle

The lifestyle program was designed to develop a well rounded athlete inside and outside of the weight room. This is a 3 day a week program. 

  •  Anyone looking for the complete package, but can’t make it to the gym 6 days a week. This is a 3 day a week program
  •  Instead of focusing on one thing, you’ll be efficient at everything
  •  This program is a year round program
  •  Anyone looking for a well rounded program with limited time during the week
  •  Your nutrition on this program will be tailored to your body goals

Crossfit Competitors

Those looking to compete at a local and regional level. Not recommended for beginners and requires skills in Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. We also provide programming for Crossfitters looking to take the next step into competing.
